Chief’s Citywide “Positive Interaction Program” – For the month of May, our program presentation Topic will be: “Houston Police Department’s Forensic Artist” Presented By: Lois Gibson

This month we will have a special presentation from Lois Gibson, the Houston Police Department’s Forensic Artist. Lois Gibson will outline her important contribution and talent of constructing facial images to help solve crimes.
