An estimated 1400 Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, Deaf/Blind and Hearing individuals from 8 states will attend a special three-day convention beginning on Friday, July 10 at the Denton, Texas Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. This convention is one of 11 conventions hosted this summer by Jehovah’s Witnesses presented in American Sign Language. Lively discourses, dramatic Bible stories and presentations, interviews, and two dramatic sign-language movies will highlight the theme, “Imitate Jesus!”
Past conventions received excellent coverage from local television news and newspaper:

Denton Record-Chronicle – http://www.dentonrc.com/local-news/local-news-headlines/20140624-convention-focuses-on-signing-the-word.ece
An effort is being made to alert the Deaf community in the 8 states with delegates attending the convention. Local sign language congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses will be contacting individuals in your area with the attached printed invitation. There is no admission fee. Conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses are supported entirely by voluntary donations. A complete program schedule is available at www.jw.org and a special video invitation to the convention is presented in American Sign Language at: http://www.jw.org/ase/jehovahs-witnesses/conventions/
