A Service Series by the Deaf for the Deaf at First Methodist Houston. Beginning July 10, 2011, Dr. Steve Wende will begin a series on “Forgiveness and Second Chances”. This series was suggested by the Deaf at FMHouston and we will be actively participating in the development of each message for a 4 week study. Anyone wishing to participate with insight, questions, experiences; or to just learn and grow from this incredible opportunity is welcome to come and be a member of our growing family of 10.
Fellowship and Coffee Chat begins at 9:15 with a Deaf lead discussion on the daily topic from 9:45 to 10:30. At 10:30 we will close and move to our balcony seating area until the ASL interpreted service begins at 10:50.
Redefining Deaf is a new ministry of FMHouston that can only be successful with the leadership and direction of the Deaf of Houston and surrounding communities. Be a Part. Teach a Class.
