My name is Quoc Ngo. I have a 21 years old nephew (Viet Ngo) who was born deaf and just came to live in Houston from Vietnam last week. He has a green card (permanent resident of USA). He went to a disable learning school for 5 years to learn the Vietnamese sign language but not American Sign Language (it doesn't have the ASL offerred in Vietnam).
Now he is here in Houston, we are looking for a school with special education for a deaf immigrant student in Houston area. We are living at 8200 Broadway st. #918-South, Houston Texas 77061 (old condominium near the Hobby Airport). We do not know any deaf schools/training programs/clubs/organizations. Please help us.
Our home phone number is 713-649-0909 (Vietnamese),
Cell 832-231-8083 (Vietnamese)
My email address is qpngo@yahoo.com
We really appreciate all your helps.
Thanks,
Quoc Ngo
