Participants will learn about establishing rates, policies, customer service and more.”

Scripts – Ever wished you had a “Book of Scripts” for those sticky interpreting situations? This workshop will guide you in developing a “book of scripts” for practicing diplomacy and excellent customer service in general business practice as well as sticky and surprising ethical situations.

Presented by Cindy Barnett, these workshops carry a combined total of 0.7 CEUs and a wealth of very useful information for all interpreters.
