Houston Metro and MetroLift Service Workshop

The Deaf riders of Metro and Metrolift should come to the workshop for the Deaf to question and complain to the staff of Metro. There are many issues of late pick ups and disrespect by drivers that the staff does not seem to know about or won’t take action about. Communication with Metro, either on line or using VP, is often difficult. At this workshop we will try hard to resolve the problems. You must R.S.V.P. Darla Conner at 713-491-2381VP or 713-974-4621voice/tty and let her know you will be attending. We hope everyone will attend. the workshop will be held at:

BAYLAND COMMUNITY CENTER
6400 BISSONET ST
HOUSTON, TX. 77074
TUESDAY OCTOBER 18, 2016
12:30 pm till 2 pm.

Refreshments will be served and ASL interpreters will be provided by Metro. Please attend and let the Metro staff become aware of all the problems that the Deaf community is having.
