Grand Opening Celebration Thursday June 19th

The ASL Social that was being held on the 4th Friday of the month at Chick-fil-A has been disbanded. The reason is that the franchise owners, the Parker family, have moved from the North Houston location off of I-45 to a new location. Their new location is located at :

Chick-fil-A
5644 W. Grand Parkway South

This location is at the intersection of the Grand Parkway (Hwy99) and the West Park Tollway…just in front of the Wal-Mart. The Parker family have been long time supporters of the Houston Deaf community and do want to continue to serve the community. There is discussion about having an ASL Social at this new location of the 3rd. Friday of the month…be looking for more information soon.

It would be wonderful and deeply appreciated for the Houston Deaf community to come to the Opening Day celebration of Thursday June 19th. The celebration will be all-day and you can stop by and visit with the Parkers and congratulate them. Please do if you are able to.
