ASLive is an online curriculum using live instructors to teach American Sign Language (ASL) to high school students via video conferencing. Our mission is to connect the hearing world and the Deaf world by removing the language barrier through sign language. The company is growing as we are hiring assistant teachers. The teacher’s task is to monitor and practice with homeschooled students’ signing skills through video conferencing. We provide all the resources to meet the both teachers and students’ need.
Your job is to simply follow our curriculum, lesson plans, and rubrics while working with up to five students online.
Video conferencing:
five students/one class/55 minutes two times per week for 16 weeks.
Qualification:
-Must have a strong signing skill and patience to work with students
-Required to have high-speed internet and a high quality webcam
-Willing to learn and use WebEx (a video conference software)
-Pass a background check

Starting salary: 80 dollars per student or $400 per semester for one class (five students)
