Sprint Relay is now accepting applications – Closed

Sprint is now accepting applications for CapTel Outreach Specialist and Sprint Relay Outreach Specialist for different regions of Texas. These positions are part-time, on-contract basis with specific responsibilities. Must be self motivated and self starter.

CapTel Outreach Specialist

Providing one-on-one training on using new telephone technology. Must own a car and a PC.

• Responsibilities include:
• » Explaining CapTel
• » Hosting events at clubs or meeting halls
• » Providing presentations/Booths and/or workshops promoting CapTel.
• » One-on-one training with customers on how to use CapTel.

• Qualifications:
• » Ability to communicate and interact with hard of hearing, late deafened or Deaf
• » Excellent Customer Service Relations skills
• » Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• » Maintain professionalism and ethics is preferred
• » Drug Test and Background Check will be required

Sprint Relay Outreach Specialist

• Responsibilities include:
• » Reporting to the Business Development Manager
• » Providing presentations/workshops promoting Sprint Relay
• » Hosting events and providing support as needed in your region
• » Manning booth for conferences

• Qualifications:
• » Ability to communicate and interact with diverse population
• » Excellent Customer Service Relations skills
• » Computer literate
• » Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• » Maintain professionalism and ethics is preferred
• » Drug Test and Background Check will be required.
