Public Access Videophones at Hobby Airport

RespondBy | Jun.12, 2012 | Filed in: Headlines

As part of our goal to increase communication accessibility, the City of Houston Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities and Houston Airport Systems partnered with Communication Services for the Deaf (C-S-D) to provide 4 Public Access Videophones (PAVs) at Hobby Airport. The locations are:

1) Ticketing area, near Southwest (pre-security)
2) Baggage claim area – near the exit and by the payphones
3) Gate 24 (after security)
4) Gate 47, across from Subway (after security)

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) will soon have videophones installed as well. Announcement to follow.

If you have any questions or concerns about the Videophones, please contact Kaitlyn Tracy at Kaitlyn.Tracy@houstontx.gov or call 281-936-0770 (VP).
