Comedy Club: Join us for tons of laughs!

1 CommentBy | Jul.20, 2010 | Filed in: Activities

Have you ever wanted to go to a comedy club, but didn’t go because you thought you’d miss all the jokes? Have no fear this time – on Saturday, August 21 at 7:30 PM, there will be a CART captioner and you’ll be able to follow everything! The show will be two hours. Comedy Sportz is near I-10 and Beltway 8.

August 21 · 7:30pm – 10:00pm
Comedy Sportz
901 Town & Country Blvd
Houston, TX

If you want to attend, each ticket costs $10. Originally, the cost was $16 per ticket, but I was able to get a discount for each ticket by making a group reservation. To reserve a spot at the event, please contact me at kebnab@gmail.com and you will be added to the list. Payment for the ticket can be made directly to Nabeel Keblawi in cash, check, OR paypal (send to kebnab@gmail.com). Tickets will be provided at the event when you show up on Aug 21.

A word about the tickets – please do NOT wait until the last minute to pay. Nabeel made the reservation and is selling the spots on a first come, first serve basis. If you show up at the last minute without having reserved and paid for a spot, there is no guarantee that tickets will be available. Again, if you have any questions, contact me directly via email.

About

Nabeel was born with severe to profound deafness near Washington, DC, where he lived most of his life. He has a Bachelor's in Information Technology and a Master's in Environmental Science. He moved to Houston in early 2008 to work in the wind energy industry, and had just gotten a cochlear implant in one ear on June 2009.
